I spoke with natural bodybuilders, nutritionists, and other health experts to develop a sustainable way to improve my health and develop an impressive physique.
I developed a training method I call "Strength Circuits" that allowed me to compress a long workout
into only 30-45 minutes. In fact, the shorter and more intense the workouts, the better my results.
I also developed simple nutrition strategies that blended seamlessly into my hectic schedule, and helped me burn fat off my body while still fueling my muscle.
In only a couple of months, my body dramatically transformed. I was still sitting on my butt 12-14 hours per day, but now I had a six-pack.
In fact, my body was now leaner, stronger, and healthier than when I was a college athlete.
