For most of my life, I’d been an avid athlete. I loved playing sports ranging from basketball to soccer.
I played varsity lacrosse at Yale for 4 years where I was a lean 168 pounds. I was very serious about my training and I never thought I would ever get fat!
The problem was I had no idea what was coming.
I started an investment job in NYC that was very demanding. I was also sitting down most of the day, but eating like when I was a college athlete.
The weight started piling on. The next thing I knew, I was 200 pounds.
